Not Yet'i indirip kullanarak, bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı ve Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi'ni (EULA) kabul etmiş olursun. Bu koşulları kabul etmiyorsan uygulamayı kullanmamalısın.
Not Yet, dünya klasiklerine ve felsefi metinlere dair özgün akademik/tematik analizler, arka plan bilgisi ve okuma rehberliği sunan bir kütüphane uygulamasıdır. Telif hakkı süresi dolmamış eserler için hiçbir zaman doğrudan alıntı veya birebir olay örgüsü aktarımı yapılmaz; sunulan içerik tamamen özgün yorum ve tematik incelemedir.
Uygulama, sınırlı sayıda kitaba ücretsiz erişim sunar. Sınırsız erişim, aylık veya yıllık olarak otomatik yenilenen bir abonelik (In-App Purchase) satın alınarak açılır. Abonelik, geçerli fiyat App Store'da gösterilen tutar üzerinden, dönem sonundan en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği takdirde otomatik olarak yenilenir. Ödeme, satın alma onayı ile Apple ID hesabından tahsil edilir. Aboneliğini istediğin zaman App Store hesap ayarlarından iptal edebilirsin; iptal, mevcut ödeme döneminin sonunda etkin olur.
Uygulama içindeki tüm özgün metinler, analizler ve tasarım öğeleri Not Yet'e aittir. Kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanım dışında, içeriğin kopyalanması, dağıtılması veya yeniden yayımlanması yasaktır.
Puanlama ve yorum özelliklerini kötüye kullanmak (sahte hesaplarla toplu oy verme, taciz edici içerik girme) yasaktır. Not Yet, kötüye kullanım tespit edilen hesapların erişimini kısıtlama hakkını saklı tutar.
Uygulama içerikleri "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Not Yet, sunulan tematik analizlerin eksiksizliği veya akademik kaynak niteliği taşıdığına dair bir garanti vermez; içerikler okuma rehberliği amaçlıdır, birincil akademik kaynağın yerini tutmaz.
Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde bildirilecektir. Güncellemelerden sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen, yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

Not Yet is a library app offering original academic/thematic analyses, background information, and reading guidance for world classics and philosophical texts. For works still under copyright, we never provide direct quotation or a verbatim plot summary; all content offered is original commentary and thematic analysis.
The app offers free access to a limited number of books. Unlimited access is unlocked by purchasing a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription (In-App Purchase). The subscription automatically renews at the price shown in the App Store unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All original text, analysis, and design elements within the app belong to Not Yet. Copying, distributing, or republishing the content, other than for personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited.
Abusing rating and comment features (mass-voting with fake accounts, submitting harassing content) is prohibited. Not Yet reserves the right to restrict access for accounts found to be engaging in abuse.
App content is provided "as is." Not Yet makes no warranty that the thematic analyses provided are complete or constitute an academic source; the content is intended for reading guidance and does not replace a primary academic source.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the app. Continuing to use the app after updates means you accept the new terms.
